BounceBack® is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, depression, anxiety, stress or worry.
WhereToStart.ca is the access point for free and confidential mental health services for children, youth and families who live in the Region of Peel (Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon). WhereToStart.ca’s service providers deliver child and youth mental health services (up to age 25).
